After working in the public domain/digital access space, and, well, the public policy space generally, I have realized what we are missing. No, Twitter and Facebook do not solve the problem.

We love our silos. Our organizational silos. Our industry silos. Our political silos. Our information silos. The thing about a silo is all you hear is the echo of your own voice.
